Privacy policy

The Keystone is a paid guitar-effects app from artistpro. It does not require an account, display advertising, or include advertising trackers or third-party analytics services.

Your audio stays on your device

The Keystone requests microphone access to process audio from your microphone or a connected audio interface. Audio is processed on your device. The app does not upload it to artistpro or an analytics service. You can revoke microphone permission in device Settings; standalone audio input will then be unavailable.

Presets and settings

Presets and settings are stored locally. If you choose to export a file, the destination you select controls that copy, including any cloud service you choose. When you use The Keystone in another audio app, that host manages its recordings, sessions and privacy practices.

No advertising or tracking

The Keystone does not send personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers or guitar audio to artistpro. We do not sell personal information or use the app to track you across other apps or websites.

Support correspondence

If you email support@artistpro.com, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information. Our email-service providers process correspondence to deliver and store it. You may request deletion of support correspondence at the same address, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Apple and other services

Apple handles App Store purchases and its own device, store and optional diagnostic services under Apple’s privacy policies. We do not receive your payment-card information through The Keystone. Websites you choose to open, and other apps or storage services you choose to use, have their own privacy policies. Visiting this support website is separate from using the offline audio processor; website hosting services may process connection information needed to deliver pages.

Your choices

You can revoke microphone permission, delete saved files or remove the app. Copies you exported must be managed at their destinations. There is no artistpro account to delete in The Keystone.
